Housing in Everett Bay varies with each region. As you move throughout the country, you will encounter several types of houses. The island has a high GDP per capita and low poverty rates. This allows for a greater standard of living. You will not find many slums or low income areas on the island. There are few areas with very traditional houses where Natives make their living along the river or in the mountains. It is easy to distinguish between some of the older-standing Spanish communities from the areas where the British once settled.
Berdea Forest Housing
Houses residing in Berdea Forest are especially unique. Most are log cabins looking out into the endless trees beyond. Small markets have built up around these cabin communities. However, none of the houses are found deep into the thick forest. Most of the small communities are built around the edge of the forest a few miles from its outskirts.

Middle class houses are found all throughout Everett Bay. Middle class houses attract many of the new citizens of the island. The houses are very affordable and well-kept. With the income of many middle class citizens being higher than other countries' around the world, these houses offer more space and luxury than others from around the world. With just the perfect size and price, these houses offer many advantages to the people of Everett Bay.
Pueblo la Vista (river city) Houses
Houses located in Pueblo la Vista are all waterfront houses. The only access to the houses is through canals in the river. Houses in Pueblo la Vista are like no other found on the island. Some are older townhouses, while others are newly renovated. Every property has a dock to store a boat.
Beach Houses
Beach houses lining the island's coasts are very modern. These upper-class beach houses can be very expensive. With private access to the beach and priceless views of the ocean, beach houses are the highest priced houses on the island.
